COVID-19 UPDATE:
For entry from or stay within the last 14 days in a state of the "red" category a mandatory domestic quarantine using the cell phone application (Ukrainian Corona Warning App)
"Dii wdoma" ( Дій вдома ), for which a Ukrainian SIM card is currently required.
The obligatory self-isolation of 14 days can be shortened by a negative COVID-19 PCR test after entry. If the test is completed before entry, there is a risk of non-recognition, e.g. due to language or formal requirements.

The right to return the SIM cards will be revoked once the delivery has taken place, due to the fact that each cards was activated and registered with the lokal network operator. Therefore all charges are paid and cannot be recovered.
SIM cards are non refundable and non returnable from the activation date indicated by the customer at purchase
